🌿 Reset After a Busy Week (or Trip)

Ever have one of those weeks where everything feels like a blur?
You’ve been traveling, eating out more than usual, or just juggling way too much — and suddenly your meals, workouts, and sleep are all over the place.

Life happens. We’ve all been there.

The goal isn’t to be perfect — it’s just to get back to feeling good again.
Start simple. Take small steps. Don’t overthink it.

1️⃣ Start with food

You don’t need a fancy plan or a long grocery list.
Just get back to real food that makes you feel good.

💧 Drink more water — you probably need it.
🍳 Focus on protein and color on your plate.
🥑 Make your first meal back a solid one — eggs, avocado, fruit, or something simple like chicken, sweet potatoes, and greens.

And skip the whole “I’ll start Monday” thing. Just start with your next meal.

2️⃣ Move — but keep it light

You don’t have to make up for missed workouts.
A walk, a short lift, or even 10 minutes of movement is enough to get you back in rhythm.

If you’ve been traveling, get outside for a walk and soak up some fresh air. It helps more than you think.

3️⃣ Ease back into routine

Pick one or two things that make you feel like you again.
Maybe it’s your morning coffee and journaling, your evening stretch, or just cleaning up your space.

You don’t have to do everything all at once — just start building little pieces of normal back in.

4️⃣ Rest, hydrate, breathe

Your body’s been running on autopilot.
Give it some love — a good night’s sleep, extra water, and a few deep breaths.

You’re not starting over. You’re just getting back to what works for you.

One good meal.
One workout.
One early night.

That’s how you find your groove again — not by being perfect, but by showing up.
