Not too long ago, I hit my lowest point. I was underweight, exhausted, struggling with digestive issues. I was also dealing with anxiety and depression. On top of all of that, my skin was reacting as well. I knew my hormones were off, and my stress levels were through the roof. I hit a point where I couldn't take anymore.
I was determined to feel good again, so I began my healing journey. With the right support and some small daily changes, I began to rebuild my health. Gradually, I felt my energy come back. My body became stronger, my anxiety lessened, and I started enjoying life again.
That experience sparked a passion in me. I didn’t just want to feel better; I wanted to understand why and help others do the same. Learning how it's all connected is fascinating to me. So, I started learning more about it. I became a Certified Nutrition Coach, got certified in Sleep and Stress Recovery, and earned Advanced Certifications in Gut Health and Hormone Health. I’m also working on becoming a Certified Personal Trainer so I can truly help others as a whole.
With my knowledge, I am able to help others nourish their bodies with simple, sustainable meals. I can help them create routines that boost their energy, manage stress, and achieve lasting balance.
